Bill Biles
Principal/VP Operations
Bill has been involved in construction since he was 12 years old. Bill attended Birmingham Southern and The University of Tennessee with an emphasis in Business/Supply chain management. Bill has been building in Knoxville, Tennessee since 2009.
Zac Booth
Lead Project Manager
Zac has been with Biles Construction for 8 years. He comes from a background in finance. Zac supports our team with all high level project management tasks and continues to impress our clients with his expertise from building multimillion dollar subdivisions to high end custom homes. Zac provides our clients and our team with the best communication & support they could ask for.
Spencer Howe
Superintendent
Spencer has been with Biles Construction since 2014. Spencer has done most everything in the company and has a very in depth knowledge of the construction process. Spencer runs our custom home jobsites and is an invaluable asset to our team.
Brient Jones
Superintendent
Brient has been building custom homes in Knoxville Tennessee for over 25 years. Brient comes from a prestigious background and former stints with Johnson & Galyon building high end custom homes in Blackberry Farm as well as F. E. Trainer Construction. Brient runs our custom home division and brings a vast amount of knowledge & experience to our team.
Jesus "Chuy" Climaco
Project Supervisor (Assistant Level)
Chuy comes to us from the construction industry where he grew up building and remodeling with his Dad and Gonzalez Construction. Chuy provides direct support to our superintendents, is fluent in English & Spanish and is a valuable asset to our team.
Jackson Biles
Project Supervisor (Assistant level)
Jackson has grown up in the construction industry and is actively pursuing his Construction Management degree from The University of Tennessee. Jackson provides direct support to our superintendents and assists in special projects with our lead Lead Project Manager.
Jaxson ROGERS
Project Supervisor (Assistant level)
Jaxson is actively pursuing his construction management degree and provides direct support to our superintendents. Jaxson is quite possibly the hardest working member of our team and his support and willingness to go the extra mile makes him a valuable asset to our company.
Lois Chrisman
Accounting
Lois Brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and operations to our firm. Lois was born and raised here in Knoxville and is in charge of accounting and business operations. Lois also helps our clients with budgets and financial planning.
Dara Roberts
Interior Design/Customer Liaison
Dara comes to us from the construction industry and specializes in interior design. Dara brings over 5 years of interior design experience to our firm. She has traveled extensively and has a wonderful eye for selections and tempering customer needs without losing the aesthetic appeal on all of her projects. Dara builds relationships with every client to assist in the selection process and effectively communicates this to our entire team.
