Bill Biles
President
At the helm of our company stands Bill Biles, a family man who is happily married and the proud father in a bustling household of four. With a solid foundation of over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Bill's expertise has been a cornerstone of our firm's success.
His academic journey led him to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from two distinguished institutions: Birmingham Southern College and the University of Tennessee. His studies were focused on Supply Chain Management, which has equipped him with a keen understanding of how to efficiently manage resources and logistics—a skill that is invaluable in the construction business.
In 2010, Bill took his passion for building and his entrepreneurial spirit to new heights by founding our company. Under his leadership, we have grown into a close-knit team of professionals who share his dedication to excellence. Together, we specialize in crafting high-end custom homes that cater to the unique visions of our clients.
Bill's leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where each team member's skills are valued and nurtured. This approach has not only built a strong internal team but also ensures that every project we undertake is met with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality results.

Zac Booth
Site Manager
Zac has worked at Biles Construction for 5 years. Zac is in charge of Site Management, Scheduling and Quality Control. Zac comes from the financial industry and brings a keen insight into the operations/project management side of every project. Zac continues to impress our clients with his professional manner and risk management skills. When we need something done quickly and effectively we call on Zac.
Spencer Howe
Site Manager
Spencer has worked at Biles Construction for 10 years. Spencer is in charge of Site Management, Scheduling and Quality Control. Spencer has built relationships in our industry to keep Biles Construction's clients on the top of everyone's priority list. Spencer has also helped implement technology to many of our processes for our annual continuous improvement projects.
Lois Chrisman
Accounting
Lois Brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and operations to our firm. Lois was born and raised here in Knoxville and is in charge of accounting and business operations. Lois also helps our clients with budgets and financial planning.
Dara Roberts
Interior Design/Customer Liaison
Dara comes to us from the construction industry and specializes in interior design. Dara brings over 5 years of interior design experience to our firm. She has traveled extensively and has a wonderful eye for selections and tempering customer needs without losing the aesthetic appeal on all of her projects. Dara builds relationships with every client to assist in the selection process and effectively communicates this to our entire team.
